Kassondra Lambert

Kassondra Lambert is on a mission to teach parents of children with complex medical needs how to leverage social media to pay for medical expenses. Seeing the success of her own fundraising campaign to fund a wheelchair-accessible van for her 4-year-old son, she launched The Striped Stable. TSS provides a one-stop-shop for information, resources, and the “how-to”, saving parents hours of their own time.

Kassondra’s mission began when her son was diagnosed with a rare, genetic disease and she learned, first-hand, how expensive medical treatment and devices are in the United States, despite having medical insurance. It was this realization that led her to turn to medical fundraising.

COVID-19 has shown how taxed the current healthcare & insurance industries are. The need for medical fundraising is increasing, with a continued shift to virtual events and online campaigns.
