Nurses in her 16-week Weight Loss By Design Program learn how to lose weight in a healthy, sustainable way. It is anything but the Band-Aid approach the weight loss industry is providing them. 

 

In the program, Karen works with Nurses by examining underlying causes of food, body and self-love issues. In doing so, they achieve food freedom and a whole new amazing relationship with themselves to live happy and fulfilling lives.

 

In doing so, they achieve food freedom, have more energy, have better relationships not only with others but with themselves, are less stressed and have the confidence knowing that they can keep the weight off for good.
