Lynne Modzelesky

Those closest to me know me as a mother, partner, friend, daughter and sister. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, exploring new places with them, and recently began jogging for self-care. I love the beach, and also true crime podcasts.

I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist, who has been practicing therapy for 16 years. I have extensive clinical experience with many different populations, have conducted independent research as part of my graduate programs, have taught at the undergraduate level, and currently supervise early career psychologists, trainees and other clinical staff.

I am licensed in Pennsylvania (017705), California (29009), and now in North Carolina (6144). I am also a registered Health Service Psychologist (55329).

I enjoy working with women, helping them learn to put themselves first, navigate life transitions, overcome obstacles and have many years of training and expertise to help achieve these goals. I have particular training working with Veterans and active duty military, as well as perinatal, menopausal and new mothers navigating role transitions and hormonal mood changes.
