Steph Chu is a strength and mindset coach from NYC who helps women transform their bodies so they love themselves naked while becoming stronger and more confident in their own skin.

 

Growing up with very low self confidence, Steph found fitness about 8 years ago when she started doing CrossFit. Through CrossFit she was able to start seeing what she was capable of and start transforming her own mindset about herself.

 

Now she helps others recognize their value in themselves so they can see themselves as a priority in their own lives. When Steph is not working out, she‘s hanging out with her dog Winston and is planning her next trip.
