My name is Morgan Ekovich, I am a virtual personal trainer and wellness coach. I have been working in the health and wellness industry since 2015. In 2020 I started the transition from an in-person personal trainer into a virtual personal trainer. This past fall I officially transitioned into a full-time business owner, virtual personal trainer, and wellness coach! I have learned so many lessons along the way with myself and my clients!

 

I help women create a healthy lifestyle they love without having the give up the things they love. To help each of my people reach that goal I focus on many areas but an area that is the baseline for growth, in my opinion, is your habits & routines. Creating, developing, and having a routine is key to overall growth, not just in your health and wellness but everywhere in your life!
